The project of "Popularization and Application of New Varieties and Supporting Technologies of Large mouth Bass' Excellent Bass'" unites with domestic scientific research institutes, promotion institutions, enterprises and other units to cultivate the fast growing "Excellent Bass 1" with the support of the national science and technology support plan, the Ministry of Science and Technology's agricultural science and technology achievements transformation fund and other projects, aiming at the problems of industrial bottle neck in the large mouth bass breeding industry, such as germplasm degradation, unsound species, low breeding technology level, and low breeding benefits, It ended the history of cultivating bad species of largemouth bass in China, and cultivated a new species of "You Perch No. 3" that is easy to tame and eat artificial formula feed, which completely solved the problem that the cultivation of largemouth bass in China depends on live fish and young miscellaneous fish, realized the upgrading of the species, and made largemouth bass can be cultivated all over the country; Three key technologies have been established, including large-scale propagation technology, early propagation technology and off-season propagation technology of "excellent perch" series improved varieties, to realize the annual supply of seedlings; The technical system of pond and factory seedling cultivation has been established, and the operation procedures of large-scale seedling cultivation technology have been formulated; Establish green and efficient intensive culture mode of largemouth bass, mixed culture mode of bass and crab and recirculating water culture mode in pond, and formulate cultural technical specifications; We have innovatively established a franchise promotion system for improved varieties, established 12 large-scale breeding bases in major production areas nationwide, and produced and sold more than 6 billion "excellent bass" fry annually. The "excellent perch" series of new varieties have been listed as the main varieties promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, provinces and cities for 10 consecutive years. The promotion model jointly implemented by "scientific research institutes+technology promotion departments+enterprises+farmers" has been widely promoted in 16 provinces nationwide, and an integrated promotion system of "breeding and promotion" has been established, The output of largemouth bass breeding in China has increased from 186000 tons (output in 2010) before the implementation of the project to 619500 tons (output in 2020) after the implementation, an increase of 230%, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the national fishery industry, driving the majority of farmers to become rich, promoting the healthy development of the whole industrial chain of largemouth bass, indirectly driving the cold chain, processing, transportation, catering and other industrial chain links, and promoting the preparation of dishes The development of sauerkraut fish industry has produced significant economic, social and ecological benefits.
The National Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Harvest Award is an agricultural technology promotion award established by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China in 1987.
