From October 11 to 15, 2021, hosted by the academic committee of the world Chinese fish and shrimp nutrition academic seminar, organized by Ocean University of China and jointly organized by Guangdong Haida Group Co., Ltd., the 13th World Chinese fish and shrimp nutrition academic seminar and commemorating the 100th anniversary of Mr. Li Aijie's birth (hereinafter referred to as "world China Conference") was held in Qingdao, Shandong Province. More than 1800 people from universities, scientific research institutes and enterprises attended the meeting. Researchers Yu Ermeng, Tian Jingjing, Xia Yun and Dr. Li Hongyan from the aquaculture and Nutrition Research Office of the Pearl River Fisheries Research Institute attended the event.

Participants had a comprehensive and systematic discussion and exchange on nutritional demand and physiological metabolism, nutrition and health, nutrition and environment, R & D and application of new feed raw materials, R & D and application of green additives, feed processing and feeding, quality and safety of feed and aquatic products, nutrition big data, etc. The meeting was divided into different sessions and shared 8 invited reports, 189 oral reports and 446 wall newspapers, which condensed the latest scientific research achievements in the field of aquatic feed nutrition.
During the meeting, the research team of Zhujiang Fisheries Research Institute fully demonstrated the scientific research achievements in recent years and had extensive exchanges with the participants. At the meeting, Dr. Tian Jingjing gave an oral report entitled farneside X receptor as a potential target for regulating fat accumulation in grass carp. At the same time, thePRFRIalso presented the research on the regulation of muscle texture characteristics of grass carp mediated by reactive oxygen species, the key water quality factors affecting the flavor quality of grass carp under four culture modes, and PGF2αPromote the development of autophagy / lipophagy and mitochondria in fish hepatocytes and the effects of adding huangzhucao powder to feed on fat accumulation and intestinal health of grass carp.
