刘晓莉，女，1988年生，博士，副研究员，入选中国水产科学研究院水科英才“拔尖人才”培育计划。上海海洋大学硕士生导师，院龟鳖遗传育种创新团队专业学术带头人，农业农村部热带亚热带水产资源利用与养殖重点实验室秘书，中国水产流通与加工协会龟鳖行业专家技术委员会委员。主要从事龟鳖动物生殖发育研究及种质挖掘与利用工作，先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家重点研发计划蓝色粮仓子课题、广东省自然科学基金面上项目等各类项目11项，作为技术骨干参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省科技计划项目等20余项。以第一或通讯作者（含共同）在Scientific Data、Biology of Reproduction、Heredity、Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology等杂志发表学术论文20余篇，获钟麟水产种业科技奖1项（第8完成人），参编著作2部，授权专利10余件（第1发明人1件）。
