李志斐,男,博士,1983年出生,副研究员,中国水产科学研究院“水科英才”拔尖人才,广东省水产养殖污染修复工程技术研究中心副主任,广东省省级农村科技特派员、广州市农村科技特派员,农业农村部中国水产科学研究院先进工作者,广东省“优秀”农村科技特派员,佛山市全域养殖池塘改造提升技术专家。
主要从事水产养殖技术研究工作,围绕淡水池塘健康养殖、工厂化循环水养殖、尾水生态治理、大水面生态渔业等方面开展科学研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广州市重点研发计划、广东省科技计划、农业农村部财政专项、广东省渔港建设和渔业发展专项等科研项目40余项;参与国家大宗淡水鱼产业技术体系、国家重点研发计划、国家科技支撑计划、农业公益性行业专项等项目20余项。在Journal of Water Process Engineering、Frontiers in Microbiology、Ecological Engineering等发表学术论文180余篇,其中SCI/EI 70篇;授权国际专利7件、国内发明专利40余件、软件著作权20件;参编著作4部。
