个人简介：
1984年出生，山东聊城人，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师，获“珠江科技新星”人才称号。本科毕业于山东大学生物科学专业，硕士毕业于华东师范大学生态学专业，博士毕业于上海海洋大学水产养殖专业。
现任水产种质资源与遗传育种研究室副主任，中国水产科学研究院“龟鳖遗传育种创新团队”首席，中国水产科学研究院学术委员会委员，长期从事水产动物种质资源与遗传育种的研究工作，研究涉及生态学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等领域。
主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划水产生物育种共性前沿技术创新青年科学家项目（子课题）、农业基础性长期性科技工作国家渔业科学数据中心观测监测任务、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广州市科技计划科技创新人才专项、中国水产科学研究院院级基本科研业务费等项目共20余项。作为主完成人，获新品种1个；获得成果奖励3项；发表论文60余篇（第一作者/通讯作者26篇）；授权发明专利20余项（第一发明人9项）、实用新型专利10余项（第一发明人1项）；参编著作3部；主笔撰写五华县养殖水域滩涂规划；为广东省首例违法捕鱼生态补偿案件提供参考意见报告；为佛山市南海区、顺德区的渔业资源调查及增殖放流等提供方案及建议2份。
